Attention all ARC Raiders! We've got some exciting news and a few important updates to share with you. The game is about to get even more thrilling, but we're also making sure it stays fair and balanced.
First things first, we've addressed an exploit that was allowing players to bypass the Safekeeper Augment and stash weapons in their safe pockets. No more sneaky moves there! We've also fixed an issue with the Snaphook, ensuring it stays where it belongs and doesn't end up in those safe pockets while in use.
Now, here's where it gets a bit controversial... We've made some adjustments to the drop rates in First Wave Caches on the Hurricane map condition. The caches have been a little too generous with rare blueprints, so we're tweaking the odds to favor higher-tier materials instead. Don't worry, you'll still find those blueprints, but they might be a bit harder to come by. It's all about striking a balance, right?
Devs' reasoning: With players getting really good at tracking down and looting those caches, we wanted to ensure the game remained challenging. So, we're boosting the drop rates for those high-tier materials, making them more valuable finds. You might not walk away with as many blueprints as before, but the materials you do get will be worth their weight in gold!
Moving on, we've implemented a hot fix for the Dam Controlled Access Zone, ensuring a smoother experience for all. Additionally, we've addressed a performance issue that some ARC players were encountering, and fixed a bug in the quest "Worth Your Salt" that prevented players from completing the final stage if someone else had already done so.
And this is the part most players miss: we've fixed a rare but critical issue where players would experience crashes when accessing the Player Proximity menu. No more unexpected game exits!
So, what do you think, Raiders? Are these changes fair and balanced, or do you have a different perspective? We'd love to hear your thoughts and opinions in the comments below. Remember, your feedback helps shape the game and keeps it exciting for everyone!
See you in the game, and happy raiding!
